For workplaces without a canteen
For teams on a construction site, in the field or in a small office, getting a hot, filling meal every day is often a logistics problem. Our packed meal delivery solves exactly that: meals are cooked in our central kitchen, portioned into sealed individual containers and delivered to where you work. No canteen, serving line or equipment is needed.
Packing and transport
Each meal includes soup, a main course, a side and salad or dessert, prepared in leak-proof sealed containers. Packs go into insulated boxes and leave in our temperature-kept vans. We fix the delivery time around your break and update a moving site location or shift pattern with you every week.
Labels and special meals
Diet, vegetarian and allergy-specific meals are packed separately and labelled with a name or code, so there is no mix-up at distribution and everyone gets their own meal.
Hygiene
We log hygiene rules and temperature checks in our packing area every day. Containers and vehicles are used for food only and cleaned after every run. We keep a sample of each day's meals.
Who it suits
- Construction sites and building crews
- Infrastructure, landscaping and maintenance teams in the field
- Workshops, warehouses and offices without a canteen
- Boat, marina and port workers
- Temporary project and seasonal teams
Packed meals or contract catering?
If your workplace has somewhere to eat and a way to serve, contract catering usually gives a more economical and hotter result: meals arrive in gastronorm containers and our team serves. If your staff are spread across different points, the site moves often or a canteen is not possible, packed meal delivery is more practical: everyone takes their own sealed pack and no serving line is needed. Many businesses use both models together, for example contract catering in the main building and packed meals for teams in the field. In our first meeting we listen to your headcount, break times and work areas and suggest the setup that fits best, and if needed we let you compare both models with trial days. Each pack carries the name of the meal, allergen information and, where needed, the employee's name or team code, so distribution takes only a few minutes.
Packed meals also suit seasonal and project-based work, where crews grow at the start of a project and shrink as it winds down. Because headcount can be updated the day before, you only pay for the meals your team actually eats, and there is no canteen equipment to buy, store or maintain. When the project moves, delivery moves with it: tell us the new address and break time and the next day's meals arrive there. For long projects we review the menu with the site manager every month so that dishes stay varied, portions match the physical work and the team keeps looking forward to lunch.
How we get started
We talk through daily headcount, break times and the delivery address. We start with trial days and adjust portions and menus based on your team's feedback. Fill in the contract catering quote form or call us to get started.
