A table at sea is planned differently
Serving food on a boat follows different rules from a party on land. The galley is small, refrigeration is limited, and waves and wind affect presentation. We design our yacht catering around these realities, preparing dishes that are easy to serve on board, hold up in the heat and are a pleasure to eat at sea.
Planning starts with the boat itself. Is it a gulet, a motor yacht or a day-trip boat? Is there a hob and oven in the galley, how much fridge space is there, and will service staff be on board? The answers determine both the menu and the way we pack it.
A menu built around the route and the time of day
A morning day trip calls for breakfast plates and lunch, a sunset cruise for canapés and a light dinner, and a multi-day gulet charter for a menu planned meal by meal. For a lunch at anchor in a cove, cold meze, salads, fresh fruit and seafood are the favourites. If the boat has a grill, we deliver marinated meat and fish ready to cook.
- Day trip menu: Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks.
- Sunset and celebrations: Canapés, meze platters, desserts and a celebration cake.
- Private events and proposals: From a private menu for two to large parties.
- Multi-day charters: Provisioning coordinated with the onboard cook and ready-made meal packs.
Cold chain and packing
Food is prepared in our central kitchen and reaches the marina without breaking the cold chain. We pack according to the boat's storage space and label every container with its contents and allergen information. We also send the serving order and presentation notes with the delivery so the crew can serve with ease.
Service staff
If there is no service crew on board, one or more members of our team can join you, especially for larger celebrations. In that case we handle the presentation, drinks service and clearing.
Marinas and jetties
We deliver to departure points across the peninsula, including Bodrum Marina, Yalıkavak Marina and the jetties in Turgutreis, Gümbet, Bitez and Türkbükü. We coordinate the delivery time with your captain or tour organiser and plan it so the boat leaves on schedule.
For charter companies and tour operators
We are open to seasonal agreements with charter companies, yacht operators and event agencies running regular trips. Standard menu packages, fixed delivery times and a single point of contact can make your workflow easier. Share details of your boat, route and guest count, and we will come back with a suitable menu and quote.
Why planning ahead matters
In high season the marinas are busy and boat schedules are tight. Confirming the menu and delivery time a few days ahead protects both freshness and punctuality. We do our best with last-minute requests too; messaging us on WhatsApp is the fastest way.
